I have a fantastic opportunity to work for the fastest growing variety retailer in the UK. They are looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to work with a professional team in a fast-paced environment and to implement their expertise to contribute to a rapidly growing organisation.

The role is looking at 1St line support which will require technical, problem-solving and analytical skills to provide support to colleagues and users around the business, with a view to moving into 2nd line.

The Support Analyst role will provide technical support through the IT service desk, responding to all phone and electronic-based queries. You will endeavour to maintain a high level of customer services for all support queries and take ownership of user problems.

You will ensure all issues are logged and when required allocate more complex issues to the relevant department.

The ideal candidate:

  • Strong knowledge of IT Systems
  • Experience in providing 1st line support (advantageous to have some 2nd line experience)
  • Experience in a Customer Service role
  • Attention to detail and works well under pressure
  • Team working & Communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
